Wayne grew up and lives in the Grunthal area. During his teenage years he was involved with the 4H Beef club, worked mornings and evenings at a local Dairy operation, and caught chickens at various poultry farms in the area. He started in the insurance industry after graduating high school in 1984, and except for a 4 year break building barns and installing and servicing farm equipment, has been working with farmers to assist with their complex insurance needs.
Wayne is married to Debra, who is also a licenced insurance broker. They have 4 children, 2 daughters-in-law, one son in-law, and 6 grandchildren. When they are not working they like to spend time with their grandchildren, going to the lake, and riding their motorcycle.
