Kirby has been an insurance broker since 2004, beginning his career with Farrell Agencies where he managed their Foam Lake office before moving into a producer role. Over the years, he has specialized in Grain & Livestock, Seed Grower, and Dairy operations, as well as Agri-Business and Commercial risks. In 2021, Kirby joined Lakeview Insurance to continue serving clients across the province.
He lives with his wife and three boys on the family farm near Yorkton. For 11 years, Kirby grain farmed alongside his father-in-law before the farm was rented out in 2016, allowing him to focus on his insurance career while his father-in-law transitioned into retirement.
