Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Insurance Broker, located in Sanford MB, with opportunities for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing insurance advice, managing client accounts, assessing insurance needs, and ensuring comprehensive coverage for clients. Additional tasks include helping clients with policy renewals, claims assistance, and facilitating retirement planning recommendations. Exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships are fundamental aspects of this role.

  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
  • level II general license
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the insurance needs of Agricultural, Commercial, and Personal sectors is an asset
  • Proficiency with insurance software and office productivity tools including Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel and prior experience in Acturis is an asset
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and within a team
