Submit a Claim

If you are experiencing a loss or claim incident, your first step is to ensure your personal safety and the safety of those around you. Then document the damage by taking photos or videos, only if it is safe to do so.

Attempt to mitigate any further loss (calling emergency services if required, pumping out water if you are experiencing a water or sewer backup event, call an emergency remediation company if you need, remove property items to a safe location if it is safe to do so, etc).

You can then call one of our offices during office hours or call the After Hours claims numbers provided below. If you have your policy number available, this will greatly assist the broker or adjuster you speak to when reporting your claim.
